Funeral Gatherings
We are able to accommodate private gatherings here at The Royal Oak, and most importantly, at the time of day that suits your arrangements. The Pavilion is set in our peaceful garden and can be offered with a private bar.
It is also possible (usually outside lunchtimes) to hire our dining room for your gathering. Do please ask and we will look at the options available for you.
We understand that on this occasion numbers expected are a little unclear and are happy to provide as much or as little as you wish. Please feel free to phone us or pop by to acquaint yourselves with us; we are open daily from 11.30-2.30pm and from 5.30-11pm. Our staff are experienced and will be attentive to your needs so please talk to them about your wishes.
The Pavilion / Dining Room
It is possible to hire The Pavilion at anytime or alternatively our Dining Room, (usually outside lunchtimes) for your occasion. For up to 30 guests we charge £30 for the duration of your stay and £60 for larger gatherings.

Where to find us
Located just 2 minutes from the Crematorium in Bouncers Lane we are easy to find and are sign-posted from the roundabout in the village.
Alternativly talk to us about catering at your home
If you would prefer to host a private gathering we would be happy to provide a service to assist with food, (and drinks if required).
